The eldest son of the Foreign Ministry’s deputy secretary-general I, Datuk Othman Hashim, was killed in a road accident early today.
Firdhaus Othman, 24, who was involved in the accident in Jalan Kuching, here, died at 3am while on the way to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL).His mother, Datin Rohayazam Kamaruzaman, said Firdhaus and his aunt were in a car driven by his uncle.She said the car had crashed into the back of a lorry parked at the roadside, whereby Firdhaus’ aunt and uncle were injured and treated as outpatients at HKL.
